The Product
THERMAL INSULATION

Rockwool – ProRox Wired Mat
The ProRox WM series (950, 960, 970, 988) is a highly effective insulation material suitable for various industrial applications requiring thermal and acoustic insulation. Wired mats are ideal for industrial piping, boiler walls, furnaces, and flue gas ducts operating at high temperatures. ProRox Wired Mat complies with internationally recognized standards, including EN14303, CINI 2.2.02, ASTM C592 Type I, II, III, and IS 8183.

Rockwool – ProRox Pipe Section
The ProRox PS series consists of pipe sections manufactured using a mandrel-wound process. Made from stone wool, these insulation sections feature WR-Tech, an innovative water-repellent coating, reducing the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Rockwool – ProRox Slab
The ProRox SL series consists of stone wool slabs designed for thermal and acoustic insulation in columns and high-temperature tanks. ProRox SL meets internationally recognized standards, including EN14303, CINI 2.2.01, ASTM C612 Type IA, II, III, IVA, and IS 8183. The high structural strength of ProRox SL 950 makes it an ideal solution for industrial applications requiring high-temperature insulation.

Rockwool – Cool ‘n’ Comfort Blanket
The Cool ‘n’ Comfort Blanket is rockwool insulation specifically designed for roofing systems. It features water-repellent silicone coating on every fiber, protecting against rainwater and preserving insulation performance even after water exposure. This product is ideal for buildings prone to moisture or water infiltration.

Rockwool – Safe ‘n’ Silent Slab
The Safe ‘n’ Silent Rockwool solution is designed for sound insulation and consists of a galvanized steel frame covered with gypsum, cement, or calcium silicate boards on both sides. Safe ‘n’ Silent Pro is installed within wall cavities to maximize sound absorption performance. Additionally, this solution offers fire protection, as it can withstand temperatures exceeding 1000°C without melting.

Calcium Silicate
Calcium Silicate insulation is an asbestos-free product widely used for high-temperature applications. It possesses several desirable properties, such as low thermal conductivity, high strength, durability, and reliability. Industries such as steel, petrochemical, ceramics, and cement commonly use calcium silicate insulation for backup furnace insulation. Additionally, it is utilized for fire protection in building construction. In residential construction, calcium silicate insulation is often used to insulate ceilings and walls against heat and fire.

Glass Wool
Glass wool, also known as fiberglass, is an effective and eco-friendly insulation material. This insulation offers excellent thermal properties, allowing for energy savings and reduced environmental impact. In addition to its thermal properties, glass wool provides effective sound reduction due to its porous and elastic structure. It can operate at temperatures up to 300°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
COLD INSULATION

Polyurethane Insulation
Preformed polyurethane foam tubes are a commonly used material for insulating cold pipes. This material offers excellent resistance to a temperature range of -50°C to 135°C, with a low thermal transfer coefficient. This rigid thermal insulator provides reliable protection for pipes against damage. Additionally, polyurethane foam tubes exhibit high resistance to various chemicals, making them a suitable option for a range of industrial applications.

Armaflex Insulation
Armaflex is a closed-cell foam insulation that provides excellent thermal insulation, preventing thermal conduction, condensation, and moisture accumulation that can lead to mold growth. It is highly suitable for insulating mechanical piping systems due to its superior performance in this field. One of the key advantages of Armaflex is its moisture-resistant properties, making it an ideal choice for cold water pipes and refrigeration systems. In situations where condensation may occur, other fibrous insulation types can absorb moisture, causing a significant decline in thermal performance, making them susceptible to mold growth and shortening their lifespan. The moisture and condensation resistance of AP Armaflex helps prevent these issues, allowing it to maintain its insulation performance for a longer period.
